Marinated meat

Chicken or pork recipe.
1 pound chicken or pork
1/4 cup or more… hoisin sauce
1/4 cup or a bit more pineapple juice
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp ginger.
Slice up the meat to your desired thickness. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or bag and let marinate. 1 to 2 hours before cooking should be fine, the longer the better, though. The best cooking method would be a wok, but, a sauce pan will work.

If you do not have hoisin sauce, use soy and about a tablespoon of brown sugar.

  1. Don’t know what to try 1st. Peonaly peppered chicken . and pinapple cake . that’s probably. All sounds good. I’ll let u know how it is .thanx man
